We would like to inform the public that we have recently received a report regarding the use of a fraudulent medical certificate falsely bearing the name of Shalom Laboratory, including unauthorized and unknown signatories. We emphasize that this document did not originate from our facility and is not part of any record we have officially issued.
Shalom Laboratory strictly releases medical certificates and results only through authorized personnel and official channels. Any document not issued directly by us should be considered invalid.
We are currently conducting our internal verification process, and we remind everyone that falsification of medical documents is a punishable offense under Philippine law. The individual responsible may face appropriate legal action for the unauthorized use of our facility’s name, the misuse of any medical practitioners’ names or signatures, and the presentation of fraudulent documents.
