1. QUICK E-Prescription is a service that will provide you a legitimate prescription from a registered physician.. However, we must ensure that the prescribed drugs are used properly. We only offer this service for those who are taking maintenance medications or those who are in need for doctor’s prescription to avail discounts and other services.

2. Due to numerous limitations of telemedicine, issuance of E-Medical Certificate will be a case to case basis. Please message us for questions.

3. Please be honest about your medical history. Please provide any laboratory or diagnostic tests done if available.
