Save a life, donate blood

Be our date! We are inviting you to express love to our fellow Batangueños by donating blood on February 14, 2020 (Friday) from 7am to 4pm at Saint Patrick's Hospital Medical Center Ground Floor, Old Rehabilitation Department.

Criteria to be our date:

* 16-65 years old (ages 16-17 with parental consent)
* at least 50 kg /100 lbs
* In good health
* Passed the physical and history screening
* Have enough sleep at least 5-6 hours
* No alcohol intake at least 24 hours prior blood donation
* Reveal any tattoo or ear piercing (be 1 year from time of donation)
* No existing medical condition, previous illness, or medication taken
* Drink plenty of fluids, like water.
