Yung pakiramdam na parang puputok yung braso mo dun sa suot mong corpo attire? Yung tyan mong parang gusto nalang sumabog at pinipilit na lang na huminga? Haha YES! I've been there! Done that!

I remember this corp attire na suot ko when I first attended a Herbalife event, sa guy friend ko sya hiniram kasi sa panlalakeng size may kasya sakin! Walang kasya sa akin noon na pambabae. And now nakakatuwa kasi yung mga corp attire ko now, ang problem ko naman is mukha na akong lilipad dahil maluluwag na sakin. That’s how amazing the products are!

I keep asking myself: What if di ako nagstart? What if diko binago the way I think na health really matters? Anong timbang kona kaya ngayon? Maybe I’d be experiencing even more discomfort in my body. 🙂

So take this as your sign: it’s never too late to take care of yourself! You can have 1,000 problems, but the moment you have 1 health problem, it becomes the only problem. 😊
