This sustainable community extension activity aims to introduce housewives to the fundamental concepts of mental health and emotional well-being in a supportive, stigma-free environment.

Through this initiative, we aim to help participants recognize and understand their emotions, identify signs of emotional distress, and practice simple self-care techniques that they can incorporate into their daily lives. This serves as a reminder that taking care of oneโ€™s mental health is a sign of strength and is something no one should be ashamed of. ๐Ÿ’Œ
