MAHINANG PANINGIN
Paningin na 20/70 o mas masama sa mas magandang mata
Kung ang iyong paningin ay hindi gumagaling nang higit pa sa 20/70 gamit ang salamin, kwalipikado ka para sa PWD card.

TUNNEL VISION
Lawak ng paningin na mas mababa sa 20 degrees sa mas magandang mata
Kung ang iyong paningin ay makitid at mahina sa gilid, kwalipikado ka para sa PWD card.

WALANG LUNAS
Paningin na hindi gumagaling gamit ang salamin, gamot, o operasyon
Kung wala nang ibang paraan para mapabuti ang iyong paningin, kwalipikado ka para sa PWD card.

Ang pagsusuot ng salamin, pagkakaroon ng duling, o pagkabulag sa kulay ay HINDI awtomatikong nakakapagbigay ng karapatan sa PWD card.

Kumonsulta sa iyong doktor sa mata upang mas malaman ang iyong kondisyon.
