👶💨 Why Is My Baby Gassy?
It’s normal, mama! Babies have tiny tummies and immature digestive systems, so gas happens often—especially in the first few months.

Here are a few gentle tips to ease baby’s gas:
1️⃣ Burp often – After every feeding, even during.
2️⃣ Tummy time – It helps release trapped gas.
3️⃣ Bicycle legs – Move those tiny legs in circles to get things moving.
4️⃣ Warm baths – Can relax their tummy muscles.
5️⃣ Feeding position – Keep baby’s head higher than their tummy.

🍼 If baby is extra fussy, spits up a lot, or has trouble sleeping, always check with your pediatrician.

You’re doing great, mama. Gas will pass—literally! 💛
