Dengue is Here. We’re Fighting Back!

Dengue can strike anyone at any time, but knowledge remains our strongest defense. Through its Health Talk on Dengue Fever, Julius K. Quiambao Medical & Wellness Center brought together dedicated experts and leaders committed to equipping the community with life-saving information.

The speakers, Dr. Catrina Lou S. Fernandez on Case Presentation, Dr. Meloida D. Domalanta on Hospital Management of Dengue, and Dr. Rochelle A. Castro on the Dengue Integrated Program Overview, shared vital insights, practical strategies, and expert recommendations to help the community better understand, prevent, and manage dengue. They were guided by moderator Dr. Sarah G. Campos, Chairman of our Department of Pediatrics, with Dr. Daryl Joe B. Aquino as Master of Ceremonies.

With the presence of our pediatric hospitalists and leaders including Dr. Nicolas O. Miguel, Chief of Clinics, Dr. Dave C. Gamboa, Medical Director, Atty. Arnel C. Glorioso, Hospital Administrator and Dr. Estrella Q. Glorioso, President and CEO of JKQMWC, the event became a united stand for a healthier and dengue-free community.
