*Graduate of any health-related or business course
*Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in Healthcare operations, PhilHealth transactions, or administrative work in a hospital or clinical setting.
*Experience in handling PhilHealth claims, benefit packages, or Konsulta-related programs is an advantage
*Organized and detail-oriented, especially in managing patient documentation and benefit availment
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
*Possesses good communication and coordination skills with both clinical and administrative teams
*Trustworthy in handling confidential patient and billing information
*Willing to attend training related to PhilHealth Konsulta implementation
