Sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Pananaliksik sa Patakaran sa Pag-unlad (Development Policy Research Month) ngayong Setyembre, ang Panlalawigang Pinagsamang Tanggapan ng Kalusugan (PIHO) ay nakikiisa sa temang:

“Muling Pagpapakahulugan sa Pamamahala sa Panahon ng Artificial Intelligence (AI)”

Layunin ng pagdiriwang na bigyang-diin ang kahalagahan ng pananaliksik at datos sa paggawa ng mga patakarang makatutulong sa mas epektibong pamamahala at pag-unlad ng ating mga komunidad, lalo na sa harap ng mabilis na pag-unlad ng teknolohiya at AI.

Halina’t makiisa sa mga talakayan, forum, at aktibidad ngayong DPRM upang sama-samang maisulong ang mas makabagong at inklusibong pamamahala para sa lahat.

The staff of the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO) conducted a two-day assessment (Aug. 13 & 14, 2025) of the Provincial Integrated Health Office employees, rigorously reviewing all documents and other means of verification (MOVs) to ensure compliance with established standards.

An on-going Wellness Caravan (August 14, 2025) is being conducted in line with the Kasibu Fiesta celebrations, led by the PIHO Wellness Team and headed by Dr. Anthony F. Cortez, Provincial Health Officer II. The activity offers a range of health services, including medical consultations, dental check-ups, X-Ray, Laboratory, and wellness activities, bringing quality healthcare directly to the community while promoting healthy lifestyles.

On August 12, 2025, the PIHO staff conducted monitoring and provided technical assistance in Barangay Canabuan, Santa Fe, Nueva Vizcaya. The visit focused on evaluating the implementation of key health programs, including the TB Program, Family Planning, Newborn Program, Non-Communicable Disease Program, and Maternal Health Program. The activity aimed to ensure proper program delivery, address gaps, and strengthen the capacity of local health workers in providing quality healthcare services to the community.

On August 1, 2025, a Wellness Caravan was held at Barangay Carolotan, Dupax Del Sur, bringing essential health services closer to the community. Residents benefited from free medical consultations, dental check-ups, health education sessions, Free X-ray, and Free Medicines. The event was made possible through the collaboration of the Provincial Health Office, partner agencies, and the local government.
