IWAS SAKIT SA PANAHON NG AMIHAN

Ang Amihan ay panahon ng malamig at tuyong hangin na nagmumula sa hilagang-silangan ng Pilipinas.

Karaniwan itong nararanasan mula November hanggang March.

Mga karaniwang sakit ngayong panahon ng Amihan at paano ito maiiwasan.

Flu at Common Cold - Maghugas ng kamay. Magpahinga sa bahay kung may sintomas.

Allergic Rhinitis - Magsuot ng mask, kung nasa labas o kung maalikabok. Linisin ang paligid. Uminom ng antihistamine kung kailangan.

Atopic Dermatitis (Eksema) - Gumamit ng moisturizer araw-araw. Iwasan ang matagal na pagligo at mga harsh na sabon. Manatiling hydrated.

Komunsulta agad sa pinakamalapit na health facility para sa tamang gabay at pangangalaga sa inyung kalusugan.
