Basic Life Support and Disaster Preparedness Training & Seminar
‎
Students and the Emergency response team of Lake Shore Colleges participated in an informative and hands-on training focused on safety, readiness, and emergency response. The specific time session was led by Anica Villacorte, Emergency Response Team President, together with the biñan bureau of fire protection who demonstrated essential life-saving procedures and proper disaster response techniques.
‎
‎The activity, held last November 20, 2025, aimed to equip the community with the knowledge and skills needed during emergencies. Through this seminar, participants gained a deeper understanding of how to stay prepared, remain calm, and respond effectively in times of crisis.

September 19 | Earthquake Drill 2025⛑️📣

Last September 19, 2025, the ERT club successfully conducted an Earthquake Drill to promote safety and preparedness among all Lake Shoreans. Throughout the drill, students, teachers, and staff actively participated in practicing the proper steps during an earthquake. The ERT club remains committed to ensuring that the school community is always ready and have knowledge and skills needed in times of emergencies. 🙌🏻

EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM
Agosto 28 - Buwan ng Wika 2025

Kasabay ng makulay at makabuluhang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika, nakahanda ang Emergency Response Team (ERT) upang gampanan ang kanilang tungkulin sa pagbibigay-proteksyon at seguridad para sa lahat ng Lake Shoreans.

Mula sa simula hanggang sa pagtatapos ng programa, matiyaga nilang tinutukan ang kaligtasan ng bawat mag-aaral upang matiyak na ang bawat isa ay makapagsaya at makapagdiwang nang walang alalahanin. Sa kanilang dedikasyon at malasakit, naging payapa at matiwasay ang takbo ng selebrasyon ng ating pambansang wika at kultura.

MOST OUTSTANDING ORGANIZATION OF THE YEAR (ERT)

Over the course of a school year that was full of perseverance, fun, and determination, the Emergency Response Team was involved in every aspect of our academic journey. Our organization, Emergency Response Team, was recognized as the "MOST OUTSTANDING ORGANIZATION OF THE YEAR" on April 30, 2025, and Mr. Jomel M. Marchan, our club advisor, was given a certificate of gratitude for being the "BEST CLUB ADVISER" for this academic year. This academic year, the Emergency Response Team genuinely enjoyed their role in serving and assisting at every event. To formally say goodbye to our Lakeshoreans, the Emergency Response Team will always be around in all ways and thank you so much. See you around, Lakeshoreans!

Lake Shore Colleges' full participation in the
Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) conducted on March 13, 2025.
Led by our dedicated Emergency Response Team, the drill included the
coordinated efforts of School administrators, The School President, The School Principal, Faculty, and The Student body.

The exercise provided a crucial evaluation of our emergency protocols and valuable data for future preparedness initiatives.
