Tip for the day:
1) If a child has fever keep him/her comfortable. Don't cover the child with too much clothing or wrap him with linen or blanket or his temperature will rise and may cause convulsion.
2. Give the child tepid sponge bath or just sponge the child w/ tap water.
3. Appl ice packs over the acilla and inguinal area.
* Do all these till fever goes down.

Tips for today:
1) Because of warm weather chances are we are prone to develope dehydration of too much sweating so my advice to have lu liberalberal intake of fluids at least 8 to 10 glasses of water or juice.
2) Hot weather ca cause all kinds of skin problems such as prickly heat. Baby powder and starch (gawgaw) can help ease the problem of itchiness.
