Is in need of Medical Sales Executives (South Luzon Territories)

Salary Packages:
Basic Salary: P12,000.00 - 14,000.00 starting
Daily Allowances: P300.00 (negotiable depending on the need of the territory)
Communication Allowances: unlimited lines with mobile unit
HMO and insurance benefits
Commission: Monthly: Range from P20,000.00 – P30,000.00 at 90-100% sales achievement
YTD Sales Incentives and bonuses
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in Account Management of the territory assigned, development of Major Accounts as business partners with our medical products
- Must be able to identify the Key Opinion Leaders within the territory, to build business relationships on providing quality healthcare products and services
- Must be able to identify potential accounts within the territory, maximizing territory exposure and visibility, and explore business potentials per account
- Must be in the territory from Mondays-Fridays, unless declared Holidays, ensuring continuous monitoring, and visibility to our target accounts and clients, ensuring deliveries of their product requirement
- Accountable in receiving purchase orders, and ensuring deliveries on time to accounts and/or clients
- Must be accountable in achieving Monthly and YTD Sales Target being set for the territory

Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course, Allied course graduate is an advantage
Male or Female
Any Sales or Pharmaceutical background will be an advantage
Willing to be assigned on field, has high regards to targets and sales achievements
Has good inter-personal relationship skills, adaptable to changes, and willing to be trained
Can start anytime
