On August 26, 2025, around 30 Registered Nutritionist-Dietitians from LGU-QC will undergo training on the DOST-FNRI Menu Eval Plus Tool in support of the QC Calorie Labeling Ordinance.

This exclusive session aims to empower local nutrition experts in promoting informed, calorie-conscious eating and in assisting local food businesses with compliance.

Kung nagkokontrol ng pagkain at sa pagkekwenta ng calories ikaw ay medyo nauumay, heto na at piliin na ang mga low calorie but nutrient densed — GULAY!

Mababa man sa calories ang veggies, ito naman ay siksik sa micronutrients at dietary fiber na kailangan ng ating katawan.

Boiled, steamed, o kahit anong lutong gulay man yan, pasok yan sa sustansya at calorie allowance na iyong sinusundan!

At least 𝟰𝟱 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗼 𝟭/𝟮 𝗰𝘂𝗽 na gulay, piliin at kainin mo na yan! Ano G?💡
