May 6, 2026 | The Biñan City Hospital successfully conducted a Philippine Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (PIDSR) Orientation as part of its initiative to strengthen disease surveillance, reporting, and public health response within the facility.
This activity was made possible through the leadership of Dr. Adriyel O. Ancheta, Hospital Administrator, and Dr. George M. Alora, Chief of Hospital.
The lecture was facilitated by the Biñan City Health Office – City Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit, Provincial Department of Health Office (PDOHO) and the Provincial Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit
This collaborative effort, under the guidance of Dr. Arlene Alonte Ancheta, City Health Officer, and with the full support of Mayor GEL Alonte highlights the city’s commitment to strengthening public health systems through proper surveillance and timely reporting.
