✨ Congrats PCOS Mommy April - your 10k steps a day paid off 😃✨💕

What could be more challenging than having PCOS? — Having an OFW partner 😅 because lesser chances of conceiving due to limited time together here in the Philippines.

But I always say, with our teamwork - the couple and I and of course, when the time is right Jesus will just make it happen ✨🙏

Another testament that YES you can still get pregnant kahit PCOS kayo 🙂

Daddy can’t wait to see you bebe on September! Excited na umuwi 😊 For now, kayong mag-ina ang inspiration to work harder 😍 Congrats again!🥳

✨Happy birthday Mommy Charis & Baby Aviah!!🎂

What a great birthday gift for Charis - a very healthy and cute baby girl!! Ang saya always kayo double celebration from now on 🎂

Daddy Faith and I were planning a birthday salubong I instructed him - ok at 12am allowed pa siya mag-eat bring snacks and celebrate kayo sa labor room,ok?😀

But sinurprise kami ni baby a few minutes before 12 😅

From a very reassuring fetal heart rate and spontaneous strong contractions (her labor was not induced FYI it was natural lang talaga, napakiusapan talaga si baby 🥰) baby’s heart rate dropped with contractions, hence, emergency CS was done!

Baby had great outcome and super good cry & delivered at 1am 😀 Thank you Lord!!

What a birthday salubong, indeed!! In the midst of the heavy rains pa hehe ☔️

Sent the birthday girls home today 🎂 How nice naman nagbelated birthday celeb sila in the room with loving fam members 😀

Thank you Westlake Hospital family for their birthday treats they have cakes pa 1 for mommy and 1 for baby and balloons 🎈 ☺️ Thank you for making my patients feel special ✨

✨Hubby TTC Update: gave meds October, wifey will give birth this week 💕

Dan & Alyssa saw me last year for TTC work-up and I gave vitamins/meds for the s***m last October 2024. I didn’t hear an update since. Sometimes I wonder kamusta na kaya, ano kaya nangyari sa TTC couple ko?

Fast forward this week, he stopped by the clinic and bought again the vitamins for the s***m he wanted to continue pa din but also messaged me the GOOD NEWS!

🤰Her wife got pregnant na pala 1 month after he took the vitamins for s***m quality yehey! Nalate lang daw sila update, her wife is due to give birth end of the month in another hosp kasi hindi na makapunta sa akin kasi nakasakay siya sa barko the whole preg ni wife!

What’s important is I helped you conceive and may baby na kayo, that’s one of my life’s purposes talaga! Would be a great bonus of course if I deliver but enough na na-help ko maging preggy 🙏 Thank you Lord ❣️

🌧️Leptospirosis awareness dahil baha sea*on ulit ☔️

Let’s spread awareness regarding leptospirosis risk kapag lumusong sa baha or naexpose sa flood waters. Please familiarize with your risk & save and share this to your loved ones!

Reminder: ‼️Doxycycline is prophylactic meds for NON-PREGNANT ‼️ Please consult your OB-GYN if pregnant, we will give meds that are safe for 🤰

If maiiwasan wag lumusong sa baha, but of course merong mga pagakakataong hindi mapigil then pls wag po ipag walang bahala because leptospirosis can cause major complications.

My PCOS TTC babies from 2017 - 2025 🥹❣️

Back in 2016, there was no Doc Mads FB page yet or Mommy groups recommendation, Ruth & Mark happened to walkin in my clinic in Medical Center Muntinlupa when I was a new OB.

We clicked right away, I managed Ruth’s PCOS and a few months after they told me the good news that Ruth is preggy with their 1st born Sofia & 2 years after I delivered Shekinah at Unihealth Southwoods.

Fast forward 2024, they are now based in their beach resort in La Union but everytime she visits Muntinlupa we would do prenatal check-up and I gave her bilins for vaccines and labs to be done in La Union.

But 1 thing she made clear, she will really come home kasi ako lang talaga magpaaanak sa kaniya 🥹 She went home to Muntinlupa May 27, May 28 delivered their only boy Israel!

💕💕Walang takot, wala kaba, wala nerbyos, literal na PAYAPA - thank you for this 💕💕 I hope to make all my patients feel this kind of peace while giving birth 🫶

𝐇𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 means 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐲𝐨𝐧 ng dugo—too much pressure in your blood vessels.

Taking iron supplements helps correct anemia. It does NOT raise your blood pressure.

Studies show that best stimulation is SOUND Stimulation as compared to tactile and light 🥰🎶

Studies show that these activities play a role in good brain development later on in life:

✅ playing piano melodies, instrumental and rhythmic music 🎹🎵
✅ talking using phrases, stories and singing 🎤🎧

Sooo talk to your baby, read story books and play music with your hubby and make it your nightly bonding time while you are preggy 🥰🫶

❌ A Dog in the Baby Diaper changing station in the Mall restroom - POV of an OBGYN & as a mom of a 12yo girl 😢 ❌

As an OB-GYN, I am with my patients from early pregnancy until delivery. Grabe ang protective ng mga parents sa babies inside pa lang the uterus sobrang pag-iingat hanggang sa lumabas and even pag nag-follow up na with the newborn. The amount of money & time spent for check-ups, vitamins and vaccines in order to protect the baby. 🥹❣️

It breaks my heart knowing na ganito na lang maririsk ang mga baby not knowing na a*o pala ang pinalitan ng diaper before nila. The bacteria and the potential illness na pwede makuha ng babies who naturally have weaker immunity pa.

No excuses, kahit sabihin pa na eh i-sanitize niyo kasi before and after still there is NO EXCUSE for this behavior!

Total disregard na to sa rights ng mga babies 😢 Let’s protect them naman please!

‼️Calling mall owners: don’t let this behavior be normalized kawawa mga babies 🥺‼️

Another POV, as a mom who has a 12yo daughter. If male ang kasama niya, how I can be assured na safe pa din sa loob?! Magugulat ang mga mga bata why meron male sa loob 😢 Another risk na naman ito. I hope mall owners do something about this!

P.S. Sabihin ng iba sa comsec, eh pandemic pa yan naka-face shield pa. The issue is still important ke pandemic or not pa ito, still awareness should be raised! Let’s be responsible pet owners please.💖
