This German Catholic Church was built in 1248. It is renowned for its Gothic architecture and was declared a World Heritage Site in 1996. It is Germany's most visited landmark, attracting an average of 6 million people a year. At 515 ft, the cathedral is the tallest twin-spired church in the world and second tallest church in Europe after Ulm Minster, and the third tallest church of any kind in the world.

During my leave, for out-patient consults please set an appointment with our secretaries in the OPD. I have OB-GYNE relievers to see you while I'm away. For emergency cases, please proceed directly at the ER, we have OB-GYNE on duty 24/7 to assist you. All cases will still be referred to me by my colleagues.

I am still available thru teleconsult by appointment.

SUNDAY'S BEST!👶👶

Finally delivered the TWINS after 5years of trying! These twins, Twin A- Baby Boy, (delivered Cephalic-head first) was a lot smaller due to Selective Intrauterine growth restriction, compared to Twin B- Baby Girl (delivered via Breech extraction)-- both products of In-Vitro Fertilization.

The twins knew i was flying out tomorrow kaya they decided na mag 5cm na raw si Mom! 😬

It's funny cuz it's true 😄 Did you
know that you can discover what position your bub is in by where you feel kicks and wiggles? 🦶

Sharp pointy jabs are usually hands, elbows, knees. Larger rolls are usually baby's back (and also where you'll find heart tones). If you feel like your baby is "all octopus" in front your baby may be "posterior" aka "sunny side up". This can mean a longer and more uncomfortable labor for some. Do lots of hands and knees/forward-leaning positions in pregnancy to encourage your bub to be facing backwards! 💕

"I want to start this off by saying my body is incredible, extremely strong, and is capable of far more than I would have EVER given it credit for.

Watching my body change throughout my pregnancy was probably the hardest thing I had to overcome, as shallow as that sounds. I had to learn to be okay with my skin stretching to the point having of deep, painful stretch marks. I had to learn to be okay with the number on the scale surpassing anything l've seen. There were days I loved seeing my body grow to accommodate my son.

There were also days I cried because I felt that I wasn't beautiful at all. But today, I look at my body and I am in complete awe. It provided a safe place for my perfect baby to grow and develop. It had the strength to not only deliver this baby, but to do so naturally, and without aid of an epidural. It continues to create everything she needs to survive. I love my body. I love everything that it has given me. I will continue to show my body that it is worthy, powerful, and beautiful - stretch marks and all."
