Our final day of Municipal Leadership Training was all about connection, collaboration, and fun! 🎉 Through exciting team-building activities, we strengthened not only our teamwork and communication but also the friendships and bonds we’ve built along the way. 🤝💡

This 3-day journey leaves us with the lessons of 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞, 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐫, and 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐜 —values that will continue to guide us in becoming better leaders for our community. 🌱✨

Day 2 of our Municipal Leadership Training! was a powerful reminder that true leadership begins with character. 🙌 Today, we explored the essential values that every leader must carry:

🗨️ A positive 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 shapes how we face challenges, while good 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿 reflects the values we uphold and the respect we give to others. At the same time, a strong 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰 fuels our dedication and perseverance to achieve goals.
