Good news! 💚

We are happy to announce that PhilHealth GAMOT medicines are now available at PAG-ASA Hospital.

Eligible members may now claim their medicines from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

For patients claiming their GAMOT medicines, kindly bring a valid government issued ID and a copy of your prescription from your YAKAP accredited physician.

For representatives of patients, please bring a dated authorization letter with signature of patient, valid government issued ID of representative and patient.

Visit us and take advantage of this program designed to support your healthcare needs.

📌 Philhealth YAKAP medicines included in the 1,700 package has a different list that are NOT included in the GAMOT coverage. To avail, kindly proceed to our hospital YAKAP Office prior to pharmacy claiming. Thank you!
