Good news!

Starting on November 1, 2020, Andres Soriano Memorial Hospital shall NO LONGER REQUIRE RAPID TEST. The hospital will also begin on serving OUT-PATIENTS. All the patients together with his/her watcher will be accepted even without taking test. Just make sure that the chosen watcher is asymptomatic.

However, Rapid Antigen or SWAB test will be taken upon discretion of the attending physician.

Worry no more for finally, ASMHC is now open for admission of patients. The workers who resumed on duty were tested with negative results from rapid or SWAB test.

The medical team is now eager to serve you better.

Great news!!!

The rapid test fee is now on mark down price of 900 pesos only. The testing schedule is 8:00am to 3:00pm (Monday-Saturday). Releasing of test result is after one hour or within the day.

We would like to inform the public that the morning schedule for rapid testing on Monday (September 28,2020) shall be moved on the afternoon schedule. The regular schedule 8:00am-4:00pm will resume on Tuesday-Saturday.

Good news!!!
SWAB Testing (RT-PCR) is now available at Andres Soriano Memorial Hospital Cooperative (ASMHC). The testing operation is DOH accredited. This test aims to provide detection of the virus with clinical accuracy. It is known that rapid tests may yield a false negative or positive infection. Now, your doubts of the result of the rapid test can be clarified and certainly be confirmed.

The hospital is concern of your welfare. Rest assured, the conduct of test will not prolong your agony as the result shall be released within 24-48 hours after the sample was taken. It will cost you with the corresponding amount of P 8,000 per test.

ANNOUNCEMENT

💊There is no OPD consultation and ultrasound for the meantime
💊Clients for XRAY TB-DOTS screening are required to bring Barangay Certification proving that they are not PUMs or PUIs
💊Eye check-up will resume once Bislig City is on GCQ
💊Elective Surgery for OR and OB cases are required to have an RT-PCR (SWAB) TEST negative result prior to procedures
💊 Laboratory is open from 7AM to 3PM for rapid testing only. SWAB test is on scheduled basis.
💊We accept Emergency cases only and first aid will be rendered before referral. Acceptance of admission of patients will be announced soon.
💊Once admission will be resumed, patient and the watcher must present Barangay Certification proving that they are not PUMs or PUIs
💊Upon admission, patient must identify a designate substitute for his/her watcher
💊Only one (1) watcher is allowed, he/she must not be less than 21 years old and not more than 60 years old
💊Patient's watcher shall also wear ID bracelet to identify his/her movements and whereabouts
💊Watcher's ID or certification will be provided according to room or ward number and shall be worn when inside the hospital premise. Lost of watcher's ID Card will be charged P100.00
💊No visitors allowed
💊Food packs/food deliveries for the patient shall be endorsed to the security guard only. ASMHC's staff (ward aide) will pick up the items and bring it to the patient

The testing will be scheduled on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Collection of blood samples will start at exactly (9:00am-11:00am) and releasing of the result will be on 2:00pm on the same day your blood sample was taken. Furthermore, ASMHC is NOT a COVID-19 referral hospital. The conduct of rapid testing will not hamper its normal operations. For the hospital is taking full preventive measures to help and protect all the patients. It assures that the collection of blood sample will be facilitated from the separate building to ensure its isolation and prevention to contact other patients. Those individuals who get positive result during the rapid test shall undergo SWAB testing for the confirmatory of his infection and will be quarantined as per health protocol by the CHO.

Especially for those who would like to seek medical and burial assistance.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Crisis Intervention Unit (DSWD-CIU) is now relocated at Andres Soriano Memorial Hospital Cooperative, Cumawas, Bislig City.

The said agency would extend assistance to persons in need to defray their medical and burial expenses in the form of guarantee letter.

This is in support to the vision of the hospital to establish a one-stop for medical and financial assistance for all, particularly the poor and indigent patients. It aims to make it more convenient and accessible for the patients seeking medical assistance and financial assistance from the government by putting all agencies under one roof. Now, the poor and indigent patients would no longer travel afar to avail the assistance.

Hoping that other agencies would also transfer on the location of the hospital so that the creation of the like version of Malasakit Center will be realized. Then, help is more accessible to all Filipinos.
