Sentro ng inisyatibong ito ang Healthy Learning Institutions (HLI) program ng Department of Education (DepEd), katuwang ang Department of Health (DOH), mga lokal na pamahalaan, at mga g**o, magulang, at mag-aaral sa mga komunidad.
