Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) is diagnosed with a 75-gram OGTT if any of the following values are met:

Fasting blood sugar (FBS) ≥ 92 mg/dL
1st hour ≥ 180 mg/dL
2nd hour ≥ 153 mg/dL
