"Empowerment through volunteerism transforms youth, as each act of kindness ignites a spark of hope and change in the world." ❤️‍🔥

The Buenavista YOUNG ADNERT's joined the River Clean up and Canyoneering Activity of the MDRRMO Buenavista on July 12, 2024 at Baragangay Macalang, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte as part of the National Disaster Resilience Month 2024 celebration.

With great enthusiasm, committed young volunteers gathered to the river banks, dedicating their time and effort to removing trash and restoring the surrounding area's natural beauty. Their dedication to environmental care serves as an excellent example of the critical role that youth play in creating a future that is more resilient and sustainable.

The YOUNG ADNERTs showed that youth empowerment is a catalyst for positive change as they explored the canyons and relished the excitement of canyoneering. Their involvement not only demonstrated their love of conservation, but it also encouraged others to contribute to the group's efforts to save our natural resources. By actively engaging in these meaningful activities, the youth of Buenavista are setting a powerful example of how dedication and teamwork can lead to a stronger, more resilient community.

The BUENAVISTA YOUNG ADNERT conducted a 1-Day Refresher Training and Team-Building activity on July 10, 2024 at MDRRMO Manapa Substation.

Under the supervision of the MDRRMO Buenavista, Mr. Eleazar A. Sabandal, and the YOUNG ADNERTS Alumni, led by Ms. Lady Kathleen E. Abecia and Ms. Linde Joy S. Fedelis, and the Buenavista YOUNG ADNERT president Ms. Alliah Q. Salazar.

We would like to thank the YOUNG ADNERTS Alumni for spearheading the activity and the MDRRMO BUENAVISTA for always supporting us in all of our endeavors. We appreciate everyone who attended the event and participated.
