03.08.25 - madaming nagtatanong paano magpapayat (fat loss) at kung paano magpalaki ng katawan (muscle gain).

First, yung diet plan & proper exercise. Aralin mo dapat yung disiplina dahil hindi all the time ay masipag tayo at nasa mood magpapawis or kumain ng food na paulit-ulit.

At hindi dahil mag-isa ka ay hindi ka na magpapatuloy sa fitness journey mo, hindi din dapat na every summer season ka lang magpapaganda ng katawan. Malaya tayo pumili ng mga decision natin kaya kung nasaan tayo ngayon, pinili natin to.

Ang akala ng iba maganda ang genetics mo and swerte ka when it comes to fitness. Kung alam lang nila san tayo nanggaling. Dugoโ€™t pawis ang sakripisyo para maging healthy and fit ang katawan natin. Wag mag-focus sa bad comments, criticisms or judgment sa paligid.

Masasabi ko lang na ito ang biggest investment na pwede kong ipagmalaki sa lahat. Kaya huge respect sa lahat ng into fitness and may alaga sa body and health nila. Tuloy-tuloy lang tayo! ๐Ÿ’ฏ
