Sa pakikiisa ng Bayan ng Santa Maria sa Earth Hour 2026, inaanyayahan ang bawat mamamayan na makibahagi sa simpleng gawaing may malaking epekto, ang sabayang pagpatay ng ilaw sa ika-28 ng Marso, mula 8:30 ng gabi hanggang 9:30 ng gabi.

Hindi lamang ito isang simbolikong pagkilos, kundi isang paninindigan para sa pangangalaga ng ating kalikasan. Sa bawat ilaw na ating pinapatay, binibigyang-liwanag natin ang ating responsibilidad sa Inang Kalikasan.

🫁 TUBERCULOSIS AWARENESS

“Alamin. Iwasan. Magpagamot.”

Hindi lahat ng ubo ay simpleng ubo lang. Ang Tuberculosis (TB) ay isang nakakahawang sakit sa baga na naipapasa sa hangin sa pamamagitan ng ubo, bahing, o pakikipag-usap.

⚠️ Magpatingin kung may:
• Ubo na higit 2 linggo
• Pag-ubo ng dugo
• Lagnat at pagpapawis sa gabi
• Panghihina at pagbaba ng timbang

🛡️ Paano makakaiwas?
• Takpan ang bibig kapag umuubo
• Magsuot ng mask kung may sintomas
• Panatilihing maaliwalas ang paligid
• Kumain ng masustansya
• Magpacheck-up agad

💊 May lunas ang TB!
Nagagamot ito basta’t susundin ang kumpletong gamutan. Huwag itigil ang gamot kahit bumuti na ang pakiramdam.

📣 Paalala: Libre ang pagpapagamot ng TB sa mga health center. Huwag matakot—magpatingin agad.
