Everyone can be discontented if he ignores his blessings and looks only of his burdens. Learn to enjoy every moment of your life.

Think how precious is the time you have to spend whether at work or with family and friends. Every minute should be enjoyed.

Focus on what you are for, not what you are against. Many spend too much time thinking about what they hate.
They always tell you about things they dislike: this food, that subject, this political party, that coworker. Listen, you are more than your frustrations.
Build your identity around what you love.
Where you focus is where your energy flows. No wonder some people are positive and hopeful, while others are constantly miserable.
Stop defining yourself by what you hate. Start standing up for what you love.
