Bilay District successfully conducted another 𝐖𝐎𝐖 𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐘 activity at Barangay Aupagan on April 21, 2026 at the barangay covered court.

Bringing healthcare services closer to the communities was the aim of this program in order to achieve a healthy community.

It was successfully hosted by the Barangay Officials, BHWs, DOH-HRHs, and LGU staff by providing the following health services:

📍 PhilHealth Caraga YAKAP Inspection Conducted at Bilay Main Health Center

Earlier today, the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) – Caraga conducted a YAKAP (Yamang Kalusugan, Alagang PhilHealth) inspection visit at the Bilay Main Health Center.

This activity is part of PhilHealth’s continued efforts to ensure that accredited health facilities consistently meet standards in:

* Quality delivery of healthcare services
* Compliance with PhilHealth policies and guidelines
* Efficient claims processing and documentation
* Availability of essential resources and services

The YAKAP inspection helps strengthen the facility’s capability to provide accessible and reliable healthcare services while maintaining its accreditation with PhilHealth.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the PhilHealth Caraga team for their guidance, support, and commitment to improving healthcare services for our community. 🏥💙

📍 DOH-RLED Monitoring Conducted at Bilay Main Health Center

Earlier today, the Regulation, Licensing and Enforcement Division (RLED) of the Department of Health – Regional Office conducted an official inspection and monitoring visit at the Bilay Main Health Center.

This visit is part of the DOH’s ongoing commitment to ensure that all health facilities comply with national standards on:

-Quality of healthcare services

-Safety and sanitation

-Adequate staffing and equipment

-Proper licensing and documentation

The inspection supports the center’s continued operation under a valid License to Operate (LTO) and helps identify areas for improvement.

We thank the RLED team for their valuable feedback and support in strengthening our health services for the community. 🏥💚

We are thrilled to announce that 𝘿𝙧𝙖. 𝘼𝙧𝙡𝙮𝙣 𝙅𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝘼𝙙𝙡𝙖𝙬𝙤𝙣 is joining Bilay Main Health Center as part of the 𝘿𝙤𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙏𝙤 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙧𝙨 (𝘿𝙏𝙏𝘽) program of Department of Health (DOH) to ensure equitable access to quality healthcare services in Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDAs).

With this we can ensure continuous medical services, bridging the health disparity gap between urban and remote rural communities.
