📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY

A video is currently circulating online, falsely claiming that the "CHED/UniFAST Scholarship Application" is now open and urging viewers to click a link in a profile bio to apply immediately. This post is misleading and may be part of a scam.

UniFAST has not issued any official announcement regarding the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Program applications for Academic Year 2025–2026.

The Commission on Higher Education-UniFAST warns the public against unauthorized accounts misusing its name and logo to promote fake scholarship or financial aid application links, which often lead to phishing scams or spread of false information.

✅ What You Should Do

🔎 Verify first. Contact UniFAST through official channels to confirm any announcements. Visit https://unifast.gov.ph/dir-reg.html for the directory of our regional offices.

🌐Check only official sources. Announcements are published on verified CHED and UniFAST websites and official social media accounts. Look for the ✅ check mark.

🏫 Coordinate with your school. Visit your school’s UniFAST Focal Person to get accurate and updated information.

🔐 Protect your personal information. Never click on suspicious links or share personal information with unofficial pages or individuals.

🚨 Report suspicious content. If you see posts or accounts impersonating to be CHED or UniFAST, report them immediately on the platform to help prevent others from being misled.
