Nag exchange gift kami. Sakto pala yung sticker na bigay ko sa kanya para may remembrance daw sya sakin. Sepanx dahil almost 2 years kaming regular checkups (from her first pregnancy loss upto this day of having their first baby). Ang haba ng message nya sakin and the feeling is mutual. Yung nasesepanx (separation anxiety) din ako kapag may gumagraduate na patient dahil nasanay na din ako makita kayo on a regular basis. See you outside the hospital na lang. Maliit lang ang Nueva Ecija. Hehe 🤭☺️

Pero hindi ako naniniwala sa coincidence. Everything happens for a reason. Same with kung bakit ako ang naging doctor nya. Share ko lang.

This is our second pregnancy together. Yung first pregnancy nya, she was referred to me pangit na si baby:
✅ 26-27 weeks na IUGR (intrauterine growth restriction) tapos after 2 weeks kailangan na namin magpaanak dahil pangit na ang blood supply sa kanya. Nirefer ko pa sya nun sa PGH kasi 600 grams lang si baby. It was not a good outcome.
✅ tumataas din ang creatinine nya from an autoimmune kidney disease
✅ APAS

So after 2.5 years, bumalik sya sakin na buntis na sya. Mega panic si mommy kasi hindi naman natin maaalis yung takot sa kanya na maulit yung nangyari before. Pero sabi ko nga, walang coincidence. Everything happens for a reason. And last March, we delivered this healthy baby girl with no maternal and fetal complications. Thank you, Lord. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Thank you patient M for supporting my running era! I’ve been planning to buy long running socks na talaga pero sabi ng pinsan ko kasi ay pang Gen Z daw ang mga long socks (hahaha). Yung tipong nakashorts ka tapos long socks. Mukhang kaya ko pa naman ma-pull out ang ganung fashion di ba? 😂😅

Mamimiss ka namin. Balik ka after your exam para pag aalis ka na talaga pa-US, e malay mo mas payat ka na nun and hindi na natin kailangan angguluhan. 😂

P.S. malungkot po talaga ako kasi isa ito sa mga reliable nurses namin sa OR na Gen Z pero nasasakyan ang mga millenials. 😂
