OUTSTANDING MUNOZONIAN AWARDEE for 15 minutes… until I returned the award.

I was contemplating on keeping the award for the sake of it and just let it go BUT the honor and pride in me says it’s WRONG because the distinction of an award becomes MEANINGLESS with a wrong description:

1. It MISREPRESENTS the achievements of the awardee.
2. it undermines the CREDIBILITY of both the award and the institution that gave it.
3. Awards are symbols of honesty and merit. An error LEFT UNCORRECTED undermines those principles.
4. The award loses its VALUE if the description does not accurately describe their work, even if not intentional.

In short, I do NOT do what I do for recognition. TRUE VALUE is measured by INTEGRITY and not by awards.
I DO WHAT I DO, and that is enough. And if you don’t know what I do, it’s okay. 😎

As we welcome 2026 soon, ang wish ko ay more healthy mommies and babies. High risk pregnancies are very manageable. Hindi po sya dapat katakutan. Basta dapat regular lang kayo nagpapacheckup sa OB nyo and susundin lahat ng instructions nila sa inyo pati na po sa mga gamot na iinumin.

Next year na po tayo ulit magkita-kita. 😊🫶🏻

This baby decided to go out on Christmas day! No problem! Sabi ko naman sa inyo nandito lang ako basta huwag Christmas eve 😅 Congratulations on your third and last baby. Pakalmahin nyo lang please ang nga matres nyo. Next year na tayo manganak mga mommies. Tigilan na ang pag general cleaning ng bahay. Ipaubaya nyo na yan kay daddy. 😂

It is not just about the skill of doing a CS, but the JOURNEY of getting to that operating room that makes it special. Delivering a healthy baby from a HIGH RISK PREGNANCY complicated by HYPERTENSION, DIABETES MELLITUS, CERVICAL INSUFFICIENCY and ADVANCED MATERNAL AGE makes this moment special. Sulit lahat ng hirap nila mommy because they now have their first baby. Napakagandang Christmas gift ni Lord. 🙏🏻🎄

Merry Christmas from our GoodSam OB OR family! Masarap umattend ng mga Christmas parties at manalo sa raffle pero masarap din magpaparty sa mga staffs at mamigay ng pa-raffle. This by far was the most fun! Next year ulit!

ME: HUY BIRTHDAY NG ANAK MO HINDI MO SURE?
PATIENT: ay sorry doc namali ako ng dinig. 😅

Congratulations, Dr. Brent Viray and Maycel for your 3rd bundle of love! Dr. Viray was my classmate in medschool (UP College of Medicine Class 2012). They travelled all the way from Aurora Province to deliver their baby here in Cabanatuan City.

A totally different experience for this mom of 3. ☺️

Last pregnancy nya was 2022 - PANDEMIC. Hirap daw sya makahanap ng OB nun and pahirapan din maadmit sa mga ospital.

She was my patient since 2023 when she consulted for CS SCAR ENDOMETRIOMA. Sumasakit ang sugat nya tuwing nagreregla dahil sa tumubong bukol sa sugat. Initially ang plan namin ay magbuntis na agad para after repeat CS na lang tatanggalin ang bukol. Pero hindi pa sila ready nun for a 3rd baby kaya tinanggal namin muna ang bukol. Fast forward to 2025, we safely delivered her 3rd baby with full video coverage pa. Bawing bawi sa trauma mo last pregnancy. 😅🤪

Ayaw pa magpa-ligate at humihirit pa sila ng isa pa after 2 years daw 😳😬

Nakakapagod bang maging HIGH RISK OB? YES!!!

But each and every day, I wake up with my game face on, thinking of the lives I will be able to save, and the miracles of God unfolding right in front of my eyes.
