INTRODUCTION - Technology can be a powerful tool. We advocate for people about the good and bad caused by technology for us, the users. Some of them are increasing satisfaction, improving communication channels, and eliminating geographical boundaries, and some of the negatives are obesity, health issues, and sleep problems. The fact that the entire generation is stuck to their screens, resulting in higher rates of depression, less physical activity, and a decreased ability to focus, is a true testament to these problems.

PURPOSE - The world is being devoured by technology. More than ever before in human history, we are surrounded by technology. The majority of us own multiple devices. We want everything in real time. Some people struggle to manage their responsibilities; worse, others forget to eat on time because their eyes are constantly fixed on their cellphone screen. The goal of this advocacy is to raise awareness, provide history, facts, and tips on how to use technology wisely. also to improve understanding of the technology

DESCRIPTION - Addiction is not only seen in people who use illegal drugs but also in those who abuse the power of technology. A study from July 2017 by researchers at Ben-Gurion University in Israel found that heavy smartphone users display changes in social cognition, impaired attention, and reduced right prefrontal cortex excitability. Researchers found that smartphone-addicted teenagers had significantly higher scores in DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, INSOMNIA SEVERITY, and IMPULSIVITY.
