GoodSam Spreads Holiday Cheer with Noche Buena Packages for Employees

In the spirit of gratitude this holiday season, GoodSam Medical Center shared warmth and cheer with the entire GoodSam family through the distribution of Noche Buena Packages to all employees.

This meaningful initiative was led by the Human Resource Department and made possible through the full support of the Management Committee (ManCom) a heartfelt gesture of appreciation for the dedication and hard work of GoodSam’s workforce throughout the year.

Special thanks to the GoodSam Medical Staff Organization (MSO) for their yearly additional Christmas package, generously given to all employees. Their thoughtful contribution complemented the holiday preparations of the HR Department and further highlighted the strong spirit of unity, generosity and collaboration within the institution.

GoodSam Medical Center ushered in the season of joy and togetherness with a truly magical White Christmas Party, filling the celebration with warmth, smiles and festive cheer. The event brought employees together in a heartfelt gathering marked by departmental performances, shared laughter and a deep sense of gratitude that captured the true spirit of Christmas.

One of the most anticipated highlights of the evening was the official introduction of GoodSam’s mascot, Sammi, a friendly and lovable symbol of care, compassion, and hope. Sammi’s grand reveal was met with excitement and delight, perfectly embodying GoodSam’s commitment to patient-centered care and strong community connection.

More than just a holiday celebration, the White Christmas Party was a meaningful reminder of unity and camaraderie among the GoodSam family. Through music, joy and the debut of Sammi, the event reinforced GoodSam Medical Center’s mission to spread healing, kindness, and joy this Christmas season.

GoodSam Medical Center Blood Donation Drive

GoodSam Medical Center successfully conducted a Blood Donation Drive in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross, bringing together employees, medical professionals and volunteers in a shared commitment to saving lives. The activity reflected the spirit of bayanihan and compassion, as participants willingly donated blood to help ensure an adequate and safe blood supply for patients in need.

With the guidance and expertise of the Philippine Red Cross team, donors were carefully screened and assisted throughout the process, ensuring a safe and meaningful experience for everyone involved. Beyond its life saving impact, the event also raised awareness on the importance of regular blood donation as a vital part of community health.

Unified Leadership: GoodSam Medical Center Cabanatuan Maps 2026 Operational Directions

The 2026 Operations Strategic Planning brought together the GoodSam Medical Center Cabanatuan Hospital Management Committee and Department Heads to Subic, Zambales for a meaningful blend of strategic planning and fellowship. The activity aimed to strategically position the hospital to strengthen and improve its healthcare services and facilities for patients, the community and support for GoodSam doctors.

By combining focused strategic discussions with moments of relaxation and team-building, the activity reinforced the theme “Unified Leadership: Aligning Vision, Mission, and Action.” This approach ensured that leaders were not only aligned in direction but also strengthened as a cohesive team as they move forward together toward 2026.

GoodSam Participates in Kabisera Festival Night for Palayan City’s 60th Anniversary

GoodSam proudly participated in the Kabisera Festival Night as part of the celebration of Palayan City’s 60th Anniversary by setting up a Health Booth dedicated to promoting wellness and preventive care throughout the festivities.

The GoodSam Health Booth offered festival-goers basic health services along with warm and friendly assistance from GoodSam’s dedicated CathLab team. This initiative provided the community with accessible health support while encouraging awareness of the importance of preventive care.

GoodSam’s presence added a meaningful health-focused dimension to the celebration, reinforcing the message that caring for one’s health is an essential part of honoring community milestones.

The Human Resource Department successfully conducted a Values Formation Seminar and Training attended by department heads from GoodSam Cabanatuan and Gapan. The initiative aimed to strengthen leadership alignment, reinforce shared organizational values and cultivate a more cohesive and purpose-driven workplace culture.

The seminar featured interactive discussions, reflective activities and practical exercises designed to deepen participants’ understanding of core values, including integrity, accountability, compassion and service excellence. Emphasis was placed on the role of leaders in modeling these values in their daily responsibilities to positively influence and inspire their respective teams.
