Ang pagkawala ng pandinig, o hearing loss, ay isang kondisyon kung saan ang isang tao ay nahihirapan o hindi na nakakarinig ng maayos. Ito ay maaaring maganap sa isa o parehong tainga at maaaring dulot ng iba't ibang sanhi tulad ng pag-iipon ng tutuli, ingay sa paligid, impeksyon, o iba pang mga kondisyon sa kalusugan. Ang pagkawala ng pandinig ay maaaring maging pansamantala o permanente, at maaaring makaapekto sa kalidad ng buhay ng isang tao, lalo na sa kanilang komunikasyon at interaksyon sa iba.
