A new chapter begins for our Physical Therapy freshies as they stepped into The CAMSLY Hollows: Where Wizardry Power Meets the Allied Medical Sciences last July 29, 2025, at WUP–College of Allied Medical Sciences.

The CAMS Local Council cast the first “spell” of the year, welcoming a new batch of future healers. Friendships were formed, houses united, and the spark of purpose was ignited — proof that every PT journey begins with a little magic.

The road ahead won’t be easy — long nights and tough exams await — but with courage, passion, and heart, every challenge can be overcome.

Congratulations to our newly licensed Physical Therapists! PTSA proudly celebrates a 100% passing rate for first-time takers in the June 2025 Physical Therapy Licensure Examination — a testament to our students' dedication, our faculty's excellence, and our institution's commitment to producing competent healthcare professionals. Your hard work and perseverance have truly paid off!

With an overall performance of 80%, WU-P significantly surpassed the national average of 66.03%, proving once again that our academic standards and hands-on training prepare graduates to excel. WUP First-Time Takers Score 100% in June 2025 PT Boards

Wesleyan University-Philippines (WUP) achieved a 100% passing rate for its first-time takers in the June 2025 Physical Therapist Licensure Examination (PTLE). The university recorded an overall passing rate of 80%, surpassing the national overall average by 13.97%. The result was released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on June 10, 2025.

The passers included Cayle Justine Parungao Fulgencio, Maria Antonette Vicencio Francisco, Ruffa Mae Buan Inovero, and Krissel Monique Amparo Olanda.

Prof. Jacinto Jose P. Gapud, Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT) Program Head, extended his congratulations to the passers, stating, “Your perseverance and faithfulness to God's plan made all these things possible. For with God, nothing is impossible. It is truly a significant milestone for the Physical Therapy program to obtain another 100% passing rate for our first-takers. Your CAMS family will always be proud of you! I wish you all success in your future endeavors. To GOD be all the glory!”

WUP is the only higher education institution in the province of Nueva Ecija offering a BSPT. The program is housed under the College of Allied Medical Sciences (CAMS) and is accredited by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA).

The BSPT program has consistently produced strong licensure results. In June 2023, it achieved a 100% passing rate for first-time takers, with graduate Alessandra Loi Tolentino Silva placing third nationwide. The program also recorded 100% passing rates for first-time takers in December 2023 and June 2024.

WU-P PT made a splash at Potchok’s Happy Pool Party on May 30, 2025, as we wrapped up the academic year with gratitude and celebration! 🌊✨ This academic year-end and Thanksgiving gathering was more than just fun in the sun—it was a heartfelt moment to honor the hard work, dedication, and resilience of our Physical Therapy students, faculty, and staff. Most especially, we proudly recognized our minted board passers—your success is an inspiration to all!

More than a party, the event was a chance to strengthen the bonds that make our community so special. From laughter and games to shared stories and cheers, it was a reminder that we’re not just a department—we’re a family. Here's to new beginnings, continued growth, and the spirit that keeps us moving forward—together. 🥂🎊
