The Courtyard at Lakewood City has once again achieved another milestone in its operations, establishing its own homeowners association last September 14, 2016 under the supervisions of the HLURB and guided by Magna Carta 9904 also known as the Magna Carta for homeowners, with the initiative from Landco Pacific Corporation and its interim Board of Trustees.
The Management of Primefrontier Property Management Inc. seeks to continuously maintain and uphold the reputation of the village by providing its client with excellent and top notch service through the association.
CVHAI takes pride in its work, the association ensures and maintains cleanliness and order within its premises and conducts regular and routine cleaning and meetings to assure the smooth flow of operation, with its 24 hours security service, ensuring the safety of everyone and maintaining the peace and order within the community courtyard live up to its clients expectation of providing excellent service.
“Collection of monthly dues is necessary for the payment for the services and upkeep of proper operation, maintenance, beautification of the road and community facilities, payments for utilities expenses such as electrical & water, security and fire protection, enforcement of restrictive easements and to protect the general health, safety and morals of the community as stipulated in the CTS which was also signed by the lot owner/Homeowner.” -Jopet R.
