SLEEP APNEA(tigıl Ang Pag hinga)and grave snoring.

Patient supposed to be operated in tonsilectomy due to perinial tonsititis and stop breathing when sleeping costing P60k +|_
Upon dental exam:patient is deep bite with severe mandibupar retrusion resulting to tight airways leading to mouth breathing that leads to throat infection.
Today upon dental And mandibular repositioning breathing and snoring was improved.they also save 60k.
Lesson:
1.find the root cause not only treat d symptoms
2.2nd or 3rd opinion leads to better treatment

Sister of my brother MASON treated in UK with 2 option.
1.surgery-with bone surgery
2.ortho
She chose ortho but extracted
2 upper canines
1 upper left lateral incisor
2 lower premolars
But the result still un acceptable flaired upper anterior.
Patient have no time for ortho in the Phil
Zirconia.combi.emax is only option.
