Fredezminda Medical and Diagnostic Clinic is owned and managed by Dr. Fredezminda "Daisy" Soriano- Dela Torre. It was established in February 8, 1997 with its former name, FB Soriano Polyclinic and Pharmacy. Apparently, its name was changed to FB Soriano- Dela Torre Medical Clinic. Until it had its current business name this year 2012. Our mission is to encourage healthy living, prevent illness, a

nd restore optimal health of our patients with compassionate and excellent medical and diagnostic services. We are envisioned to be a medical and diagnostic clinic delivering comprehensive services and providing quality health care using the highest standard in diagnostic and medical facilities.
