It was so amazing how oils transformed my persective in life. It is not just having it as a commodity, needless to say it is a necessity.

In addition to our oils I got these Floral Waters of Young Living. They do not only look good, they smell great too.

Floral Waters come from the water left over after the steam distillation of essential oils from the flowers.

How do I use it?
1. I spray it on my face after I take a bath. This could be used as toner on your face, misting spray for freshness and setting spray when putting make up. Love its hydrating and moisturizing effects.

2. Body lotion. No icky and sticky feeling.

3. It helps regenerate wounds, abrasions, insect bites and cuts.

4. Our bed, pillows and curtains smell good too because of them.

The reasons why I will be getting more of them soon!!! 😉😁

School of Thieves!

Ang tanong gaano ka ba katapang?
Well, ako ang sukatan ng pagiging matapang na tao ay ang paglagay ng Thieves sa ilalim ng dila. Lol.

Bakit ko gustong gusto si Thieves? Kasi mas nagkakaroon ako ng lakas na bigyang halaga ang aking sarili para maging malusog palagi.

Pag masama ang pakiramdam mag Thieves, pag makatali ang lalamunan mag Thieves, pag lumabas ng bahay at may kailangang gawin ay mag Thieves ka, pag galit ka sa asawa buhasan mo siya ng Thieves. Hehehe.

Pero alam mo ano ang pinakamahirap? Yung hirap na hirap ka mag Tagalog. Hahaha. here. 😁🤪

Tower of Oregano.

My teammate in supporting my kids respiratory system.

This is not your usual Oregano. Why? Because it contains anti inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral properties.

And, would you believe it work for all ages just dilute it well and properly.

So grab your Oregano essential oil.
Smell it, sniff it and diffuse it!

Tawagin natin siyang Putok Batok Blend. Hehehe. Saktong sakto to sa asawa ko baka kasi maparami na naman kain niya ng lechon. Ililigo ko talaga to sa kanya.

Mga oils na ginamit ko:
20 drops Helichrysum
20 drops Cypress
20 drops Ylang Ylang
Puro yan walang halong carrier oil. Kasing puro ng pagmamahal ko sa kanya. 🤗🤭

Ang tanong umiinom pa ba siya ng mga gamot niya? Oo naman. Eh di lagot kami sa doktor niya kung hindi. Hehe.

Ang oils ay hindi gamot. Magandang paraan siya para sumuporta sa ating katawan para mas maging healthy tayo. Yan ang rason kaya kami nag ooils. 😉

Only Young Living touches my skin, how about you? Lol.

I have a lot of breakouts and my skin especially on my face does not look good always but never say never. So I converted this diffuser as my facial mist spray. Haha. Resourceful ang peg diba.

Using Patchouli and German Chamomile that helps out skin regeneration and promotes a smooth and glowing complexion.

Malay natin next week maging kamukha ko na si Song Hye Kyo ng beri light. Kaya laban lang. Haha.
