On September 12, 2025 at about 8:00 AM, PLT MARISSA B RAMOS WCPD?HRAO PCO under the supervision of PLTCOL RENATO C MORALES, COP of Cabanatuan CPS conducted PICE to twenty (20) personnel. The topic discussed was about Batas Pambansa 880 entitled: The Public Assembly Act of 1985”. Section 5. Application Requirements- All Applications for a permit shall comply with the following guidelines" a. The applications shall be in writing and shall include the names of leaders or organizers, the purpose of such public assembly, the date, the time and duration, thereof, and place of streets to be used for the indeed activity and the probable number of persons participating, the transport and the public address systems to be used.

On September 9, 2025 at about 11:41 AM, under the supervision of PLTCOL RENATO C MORALES, Chief of Police, members of the Revitalized Pulis sa Barangay of Cabanatuan Police Station, conducted visitation and organized a dialogue with Barangay Officials, Force Multipliers and Barangay Based Worker/Group of Barangay Bagong Sikat, Cabanatuan City. The dialogue/visitation was purposely organized to deliver to the public through barangay officials the information drives on PNP Revitalized KASIMBAYANAN, salient features of Human Rights Development Program, End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC), Disaster Preparedness and Response, Gender Awareness and Development (GAD), RA 11313 (Safe Spaces Act), RA 9262 (VAWC), RA 8353 (Anti-Rape Law), RA 7610 (Child Abuse Law), SAKM, Sexual Harassment Law, Anti-Hazing Torture Law, Anti-Smoking and Va**ng Campaign, RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
