👃🏻 Pagdugo ng ilong? Ano ang sanhi at kailan dpat magpatingin? 💉

Ang pagdugo ng ilong o nose bleeding ay hindi pangkaraniwang sakit at madals ito kapag mainit ang panahon. Kadalasan ito ay hindi delikado ngunit kailangan masuri ng doktor dahil sa madaming pwedeng kondisyon na nakakapagdulot nito.

🧠 Mga sanhi ng pagdudugo ng ilong:
- pagsundot o pagmanipula ng ilong
- pagbilad ng matagal sa mainit na panahon
- Allergy na may kasamang pagbabahing
- Mataas na presyon ng dugo
- Sakit sa dugo
- Bukol or polyp sa loob ng ilong
- Paggamit ng blood thinners o iba pang gamot

‼️ KAILAN DAPAT MAGPASURI SA ENT DOKTOR?
- Paulit ulit na pagdudugo ng ilong
- Madaming pagtulo ng dugo na umaabot sa lalamunan
- Pagdudugo higit sa 20 minuto
- Kasabay ng pagkahilo o pamumutla at hirap sa paghinga
