To Our Ranz Jade: More Than a Survivor
When I first saw you, I saw my own daughter, Sky. You are the same age and just as talented, and my heart instantly went out to you.
Cleaning your wounds and seeing you cry has been one of the hardest things to do. But like your mom and dad, I knew I had to be brave for you. No one wanted this accident, but we trust that everything is part of a higher plan. It’s been a long, tough journey, baby girl—but you made it. Ako ang naging fairy God mother mo na ginawa muna kita “sirena” (cross leg flap) bago ka naging isang magandang prinsesa.😊
A few months ago, your life changed in an instant. For a varsity player like you, leaving the court might have felt like losing the world. But you’ve shown us that your real strength isn't in your legs—it’s in your soul. 💪🏐
Through every surgery, every pain, and every long, quiet night, you chose to keep fighting. You traded your jersey for a warrior’s spirit, and you are coming back stronger than ever.
Jade, you are a living story of hope. We are so incredibly proud of every step you take. Keep dreaming, keep healing, and keep shining. Your future is waiting, and it is brighter than you can imagine. I promise. ☀️
By the way Belated Happy Birthday, Jade! 🎂🎈 We love you! 🫶
