In compliance with DILG MC 2023-133,the BarKaDa (Barangay Kalinisan Day)Project and DILG MC 2024-001, KALINISAN ( Kalinisan at Inisyatiba para sa Malinis na Bayan) Program to maintain and provide a healthy and safe environment, Barangay LOMBOY headed by Punong Barangay Roel D. Torres, conduct the weekly clean-up drive.

On November 2,2025 , Barangay Lomboy, Municipality of Cabangan, Province of
Zambales conducted its weekly clean-up drive around barangay plaza., participated by 2 barangay council,5 sangguniang kabataan council.

4 kl.grams of waste materials was collected and segregated into biodegrables and non
biodegradables.

Zambales conducted its weekly clean-up drive around barangay plaza in preparation for the incoming barangay assembly, participated by 5 barangay council,3 sangguniang kabataan council,and 2 volunteers.!!!

biodegradables.
