1. Bone Resorption – Without the tooth root, the jawbone in the area starts to shrink, which can even change the shape of your face over time! 😔

2. Overeruption – The opposing tooth (above or below) can "grow" into the empty space, creating bite problems and uneven teeth alignment.

3. Shifting of Adjacent Teeth – The neighboring teeth tend to move into the gap, causing misalignment and crowding.

- Impacted Tooth – Hindi makalabas ng maayos ang wisdom tooth dahil sa kakulangan ng space. Resulta? Sakit at pamamaga! 😩

- Tooth Decay – Dahil nasa likod ito, mahirap linisin. Kaya prone ang wisdom tooth sa cavities. 🪥

- Gum Infection – Kapag partially erupted (hindi fully labas), puwedeng ma-trap ang bacteria, leading to infection. 😟
