Alam mo ba na kailangan mong magpalinis ng ngipin tuwing ika-6 o ika-12 buwan? Ito ay para maiwasan ang malalang pagkasira ng iyong mga ngipin.

Mga Tip para sa Mabilis na Paggaling Pagkatapos Bunutin ang ngipin:

Maglapat ng mga ice pack sa pisngi para sa pamamaga, kung saan ilalagay ito sa loob ng 30 minuto at aalisin sa loob ng 30 minuto

Kumagat ng malinis na gauze para mahinto ang pagdurugo

Kumain ng malalambot na pagkain at uminom ng dagdag na likido

Huwag ngumuya ng matitigas o malulutong na pagkain sa mga sensitibong bahagi

Maingat na magsepilyo sa araw pagkatapos ng operasyon

Sundin ang mga tagubilin para sa pag-inom ng anumang gamot na irerekomenda ng iyong dentista

Huwag gumamit ng mga straw sa pag-inom dahil maaaring maalis ang pamumuo ng dugo sa socket ng ngipin dahil sa pagsipsip

Huwag uminom ng maiinit na likido

Is it Okay to Use a Toothpick?
The answer is that it’s not your best option and should be avoided if possible. Dental professionals say that if you have nothing else to use and something is stuck in your teeth, using a toothpick very carefully is okay. It’s not ideal and continued use is not suggested. There are multiple reasons why dentists don’t want you using a toothpick to clean your teeth or dislodge some leftover food. Below you will find why it is not advised to use toothpicks.
Breakage: A toothpick is a small piece of wood. With that, it could easily break and get lodged into your gums. The larger problems a toothpick could create is reason enough to opt for another method.
Infection: Most of the time people will pick up a toothpick at the end of a meal out of a community toothpick holder. With everyone’s dirty hands grabbing out of the same container, there is a risk of infection. It could be even worse if you have an open sore or wound in your mouth

Ang una, Root Canal Treatment kung saan nililinis ang nerve o pulp ng ngipin upang it ay mapanatiling buo. At ang pangalawa ay ang Bunot, kapag ang ngipin ay nabunot na magkakaroon ng space sa ngipin kaya kailangan itong papustisuhan upang hindi gumalaw ang mga katabing ngipin.
