Paano nga ba mag-avail ng Gamot Benefits?

1. Magregister sa Yakap facility/clinic
2. Magpaconsult kung saan kayo registered
3. Kung may kailangang gamot, bibigyan kayo ng yakap accredited doctor ng Gamot Prescription kung saan naglalaman ito ng iniresetang gamot at higit sa lahat ang UPSC or QR code
4. Ipakita lamang ang Gamot Prescription sa accredited na botika

Hanggang 20,000 ng halaga ng gamot ang pwedeng ma-avail ng bawat myembro sa loob ng isang taon.

Tandaan: mahalagang sa Yakap Facility/Clinic magpakonsulta upang mabigyan ng tamang reseta na magagamit sa mga accredited na botika.
