Sa aming pong mga pasyente, magulang at kamag-anak ng pasyente, kami po sa J.A.U. Medical Clinic ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa pagtangkilik sa aming klinika.
Kami din po ako humihingi ng pasensya sa mga pasyenteng naaabutan ng cut-off kahit hindi pa po tapos ang schedule ng konsulta, sa kadahilanang hindi na din po talaga kaya ang dami ng pasyenteng matitingnan sa oras ng schedule. Gaya ng sa umaga, talagang nagmaximum na po tayo ng 48 sa pedia at 25 to 35 sa adult sa umaga pa lang po. Kaya kami po ay humihingi din ng inyong PANG-UNAWA na maintindihan ang sitwasyon sa clinic at ng mga doctor. Kaya sa mga nagagalit sa amin at nakikipagtalo sa aming sekretarya, at sa mga nagpapasaring na "wala naman lakad at hinahabol na oras ang doctor na yan", "kunwari lang may hinahabol na oras", "hindi pa pagbigyan ang pasyente kahit cut off na".... sana maunawan din na may kailangan pa kaming puntahan na ibang pasyente, may importanteng kailangan asikasuhin, lalo na sa araw ng Linggo kami naman po ay nagbubukas kahit 2 oras lamang, pero sana naman po ay maunawan ng iba na ang ibang oras naman po ay ilalaan namin sa aming pamilya at mga anak na nag-aantay din ng aming oras.

P.S.
Tinatanggap naman po namin minsan ang mga pasyente na galing pa sa malalayong lugar kahit nagcut-off na.
