It was June 23, 2017, just two days before my very first Europe trip, when I received the biopsy result that changed my life — I had breast cancer. My first instinct was to cancel the trip, but somehow I felt that maybe this journey would give me the space to breathe, to think, and to gather strength.

During that trip, we visited the Church of Our Lady Victorious in Prague, the home of the miraculous Infant Jesus of Prague. There, in the quiet of that sacred chapel, I cried silently and begged the Lord for help, healing, and hope.

Today — eight years later — after surviving all the treatments and storms that came with the diagnosis, I stand once again in this very chapel. But this time, with a grateful and victorious heart.

All glory, honor, and praise to You, O Lord!
You carried me, healed me, strengthened me, and brought me back here — not in fear, but in thanksgiving.

Praise the Lord to the highest! 🙏✨

Heavenly Father,
We thank You for keeping many of us safe through the storms.
In Your mercy, You have spared lives and homes — and for this, we are deeply grateful.

We now lift up those who have been most affected — those who lost loved ones, homes, and livelihoods. Grant them strength, comfort, and hope to rebuild. Surround them with helping hands and compassionate hearts.

May this tragedy bring out the best in all of us — unity, generosity, and faith that never wavers.
