To all our valued patients, we encourage you to contact us ahead for your appointment. This will help us lessen waiting time in the hospital and also prevent congestion in the clinic area.

Please take note of our new Clinic Schedule and Contact Numbers.

Our secretaries are available from 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mondays- Saturdays) for your non emergent inquiries and appointments.

For emergency concerns, you may call them anytime.

Reminders during your visit to the hospitals for your face to face consultation.

1. Wear your face masks and face shields properly at all times.
2. While waiting, practice Social Distancing
3. Only the ADULT patient is allowed to get inside the clinic.
4. Pediatric, PWD, and Senior Citizen patients can be accompanied by one (1) adult guardian inside the clinic.
5. Best to bring your own pen and alcohol. 😊
6. Please answer the pre-assessment tool, truthfully.
7. We are strictly practicing proper disinfection every after patient so we request for your patience while waiting for your turn. We discourage roaming around the hospital while waiting.
