“Truly blessed to have this kind of mission”

It was October 23 of last year (2019).

Ticket No.7009 is definitely one of my memorable transaction here in Pru Life UK.

The main reason why I go here usually for submission of my new application for insurance or sometimes payment of premiums ng mga clients ko, one of my services as their financial advisor.

This time, it was so special, I went here to get the claim of my client. Never in my life did I see this coming, usually naririnig ko lang siya during trainings about claim stories ng mga clients na nadiagnose ng critical illness particularly of cancer ,but this time, ako na ung magcleclaim ng critical illness benefit ng client ko.

Truly blessed to have this kind of mission, actually she availed her insurance last October 2019, and got diagnosed with cancer early last year.

Less than SIX MONTHS palang iyong policy niya, but it was approved by the Claims Department of Prulife.

This claim is indeed an eye opener to me, to my clients, to my coaagents and hopefully to all those who are reading this that “Insurance is indeed a must have asset” because no one knows when uncertainty may strike.

‼️𝗠𝘆 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗠!‼️ ⭕️

Life is full of uncertainties during this pandemic.

Two weeks have passed, surprisingly, my client/friend message me with regards to his 2 policies with PRU if ever there will be claiming due to COVID19+ and I said "Yes, there is".

When I checked his 2 policies, both have comprehensive benefits - no worries but when I checked the 2nd policy it is 𝟮𝟱 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱 from issuance so as normal agent will say, "Let's apply for claiming for the 2 Policies after you discharge (21st day)."

Due to this pandemic, all needed requirements was sent to me thru fb and processed the lacking requirement which I personally went to City Health Office for the Attending Physician's Statement.

All were completely submitted thru email to the Claims Department last October 26, 2020.

Three days after, the 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 due to the reason it is 𝟮𝟱 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱 since the said benefit is effective after 30 days from issuance and by November 3, 2020 I received an email containing the letter for the 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆. I immediately call and message my friend to check if the proceeds was credited and yes it was indeed credited immediately!

This is one of the reason I really love to protect lives. Thank you for listening PRU to our concerns and delivering as promise.😇
