What Is an Allergy?
โข An allergy is when your immune system reacts to a foreign substance, called an allergen. It could be something you eat, inhale into your lungs, inject into your body, or touch.
โข An allergic reaction can cause coughing, sneezing, hives, rashes, itchy eyes, a runny nose, and a scratchy throat. In severe cases, it can cause low blood pressure, breathing trouble, asthma attacks, and even death if not treated promptly.
โข There is no cure for allergies. You can manage allergies with prevention and treatment.
โข Allergies are among the countryโs most common, but overlooked, diseases.

Treating Allergies by Training the Immune System
โข Stay hydrated. When it is dehydrated, your body produces more histamines (the chemicals that cause your allergy symptoms), so drinking enough waterโat least one-third of your body weight in ouncesโeach day is key.
โข Eat Vitamin-C-rich foods. Staving off allergies means making sure your immune system is in tip-top shape.
Studies show that Vitamin-C, which is nature's anti-histamine, reduces allergy symptoms and inflammation while strengthening the immune system. Vitamin-C, along with Zinc and magnesium (essential minerals present in F2N Theobroma Superfood and F2N Premium), both integral to building healthy immune systems, are particularly beneficial.
